Fall Ag Fair & Bench Show TBD
The Bench Show has also been part of the Ag Society annual events since the beginning. A Bench Show awards excellence in the Make it, Bake it, & Grow it categories. Art, photography, fruit, vegetables, baking, preserves, sewing, knitting, quilting, woodwork, hobbies and more are part of a fair event. Bench Show was August 18, 2018 in conjunction with the Farmers Market and Open Farm Days.
Drop your entries off early Saturday morning between 8:30-10:00 am. Pre-do your tags to make registration easier. Follow the book guidelines which will be available at the Evergreen Farmers Market in June and at Stitches & Dreams or Museum for a $2 fee. Contact us if you have an e-mail, and we will send you an e-copy of the book for your review. Cash awards are sponsored by community and ribbons are sponsored by the Ag Society.
Adam Eckert was chosen as Best of Show for his Celtic Spoon carving. He was presented with a stained glass window in 2016. Susan Schwindt was the 2017 best of show winner for her quilt project. And this past year 2018 was Rosanne Pfannmuller with her quilt project.
Antique Tractor Pull-2019 TBD
There is nothing that says "Farming" like an antique tractor pull! The Ag Society has had this family event for over 10 years using the Lions Outdoor Rodeo Grounds as the venue. This event has free admission and free entry. If you love tractors this is the place to be young or old!

The Ag Society is firm in its belief that investing in education for our youth will support agriculture in the future. Scholarships are in the amount of $500.00 and may be applied for in consecutive years or up to 4 years after graduation.
Please submit the application form along with the required documents to the Scholarship Committee by October 15 of each year for consideration.
